Luke Combs is making chart history as his latest single, “Going, Going, Gone,” claims the No.1 spot at country radio.
The song, co-written by Combs, Ray Fulcher, and James McNair, marks the superstar’s 15th consecutive chart-topper and is the longest consecutive streak for an artist since their debut. He previously performed “Going, Going, Gone” during the 2023 GRAMMYs.
Additionally, this makes Combs one of the fastest to accumulate 15 #1s and places him among an elite group of artists like Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, and Alabama.

New Album
This history-making moment comes just days before Combs is slated to release his new album, Gettin’ Old, on March 24. The project is Combs’ fourth full-length album and follows 2022’s Growin’ Up.
“This album is about the stage of life I’m in right now. One that I’m sure a lot of us are in, have been through, or will go through. It’s about coming of age, loving where life is now but at the same time missing how it used to be, continuing to fall for the one you love and loving them no matter what, living in the moment but still wondering how much time you have left, family, friends, being thankful, and leaving a legacy,” Combs previously shared. “Me and so many others have poured their hearts and souls into this record, and I hope you love it as much as we do.”
Ahead of the March 24 release, Combs unveiled several tracks from the project, including “Joe,” “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old,” and “Love You Anyway.”
On Friday, the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year will share the long-awaited track, “5 Leaf Clover.” The song became a fan favorite after Combs teased it on social media. His wife, Nicole, previously shared that it’s one of her favorite songs in his catalog. Fans will finally be able to hear the studio version on St. Patrick’s Day.
Altogether, Gettin’ Old will feature 18 tracks. See the complete track listing below.

Despite what the title of his new song insinuates, Parker McCollum is pumping the breaks on his fast-paced life. Co-written by McCollum with Ryan Beaver, “Speed” emphasizes the constantly moving routine that the country hitmaker has established in his career. Through his Texas-raised vocals, the singer/songwriter puts forth a stint of vulnerability as he articulates his plans to make a change and get his priorities straight. “Hammer down, never stickin’ around, head harder than a tree / Foot on the gas, never lookin’ […]
