Miranda Lambert is currently kicking off release week for her new book, Y’all Eat Yet: Welcome to The Pretty B*tchin’ Kitchen, which arrived Tuesday, April 25. After getting glammed up for the day ahead in New York City, the country star snapped a selfie with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, who has joined her in support of this exciting week.
The photo of the lovebirds was posted to Lambert’s Instagram with the caption, “Street week selfies.”
Prior to arriving in NYC, the country star and her hubby enjoyed some time together in Savannah, GA. Sharing a few highlights to social media, fans caught a glimpse of their trip, which included stunning views, local dishes, and a bit of town history.
Several friends and fellow artists were quick to compliment the couple on how happy they look together as they take on new adventures together.
Russell Dickerson’s wife, Kailey, commented “Yallllll are just 😍😍😍😍,” while Parker McCollum wrote, “Good lookin people!”
The “If I Was A Cowboy” singer is celebrating the release of Y’all Eat Yet with a series of signing events, beginning at the 5th Avenue Barnes & Noble store in New York City. Lambert’s getting ready process was filmed from her hotel room with a stunning view of the city. She can be seen getting her makeup and hair done, choosing all the right accessories to pair with her stunning gold and black ensemble styled by Tiffany Gifford, and arriving at the CNN studio.
As of April 25, Y’all Eat Yet is available for purchase at retailers and stores across the country including Walmart, Target, Buc-ee’s, Cracker Barrel, Kroger and Whole Foods, Nashville’s Parnassus Books, plus online.
This project delivers an inside look into Lambert’s life off stage, on her farm and on the road. She also discusses her beloved Airstream trailers, her signature fashion sense, and her decorating style, and allows her readers to learn about her Texas roots, which made her the person she is today. Growing up, she was strongly influenced by the empowering women around her, including her mother, grandmother, and her mother’s tight-knit group of girlfriends.

These relationships taught her about the importance of female friendship and the bonds that women share. Plus, along the way she learned a thing or two about how to be a good host, which entails making the right kind of food and drink.
“What started during the pandemic as me, my mom and her friends staying close, made me realize all the ways food brought us together for laughter, projects, escaping and even tough stuff,” Lambert said in a press reelase. “Then I thought, ‘Wouldn’t making one of those spiral-bound church cookbooks be cool?’ But once I got started, I realized with all that living, these women – beyond mom, Neicy, Heidi and Vicki, there’s my grandma Nonny and her friends – really created a world that shaped who I was. That’s how Y’all Eat Yet? became so much more than just their recipes! It became a book about chasing my dream, how we live life and bring people together.”
Along with each of the 50 recipes that have been handed down from her mom, grandma and some cherished friends, this book will prepare the reader for a number of different occasions, whether that be facing tough news over breakfast, starting new holiday traditions or simply hosting a much-needed porch party.
“Good food nourishes the heart and the soul as much as the body,” she continued. “It doesn’t have to be fancy or hard to make; just something that tells people how loved and welcome they are. By stripping things down to the basics, whether it’s the holidays, glamping or just sitting around playing songs, you can make being together special without much fuss. That’s how I was raised and try to live!”
